Included in the inspection will be a review the condition of the building's property, structure and systems. The inspection will evaluate all the major components of the building including:

The Commercial Inspection Report will include a written summary of the condition of the building and property, clearly stating any existing deficiencies and identifying any potential problems. The report will include photographs of the building and property, all mechanical and electrical installations, as well as, any noted deficiencies. The report will be provided to the client within 3 to 5 days after the inspection has been conducted.

The Commercial Inspection will provide you with a report outlining maintenance items, major and minor repairs, and include prioritizing and budget pricing to give you peace of mind about the investment you are about to make.

While in many instances a Commercial Inspection is similar to a residential Inspection, the scope of the commercial inspection is specific to a variety of factors: age, occupancy and type of construction
